Refund Policy – Lamate-Amsterdam
At Lamate-Amsterdam, we do our best to make you happy with your purchase. Not satisfied? No problem — you can return your order within 60 days of receipt . Read below to find out exactly how.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 60 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After this notification you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will then receive a refund for the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs (for the outward journey) - provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as worn jewelry or accessories).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
Digital products or gift cards.
2. Return procedure

We are happy to help you and provide you with the correct return instructions so that everything goes smoothly.
Conditions:
- The product must be undamaged , unused and in the original packaging .
- The return shipment must reach us within 14 days of the notification of cancellation .
- Add your order number or a copy of your invoice to the package.
3. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive the purchase amount back within 5–10 business days via the same payment method you used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

We'll make sure you get a suitable solution quickly — such as a replacement or a full refund.
